Prayer Please

I know you all have prayed for our family so much, and I thank you. I need to humbly ask you to pray for little Autumn right now. She has a throat infection which is causing sores in her throat and a pretty good fever. She can't take the medicine to help her fight this because it would hurt her kidneys. The only relief she has is Tylenol every 4 hours. This is helping, but in between times, she is pretty miserable. Her fever gets up to the 103 degree range toward the end of the time. (I know this isn't as dangerous for kids as it is for adults, but it still seems quite high to us.) The biggest worry with all of this is that she will not eat or drink because of the pain and get dehydrated. Dr. Juarbe (the best peditrician) said she's not contagious and to carry on life as normal, but she is pretty uncomforable and cranky. We all just feel so bad for her. This is supposed to last 10 days, with the first 5 being the worst. Your prayers would be greatly appreciated. We know God will help her through this. He is so good and loving.
